To raise thriving children, parents need better support. Parentline NI, the FREE helpline for parents operated by Children in Northern Ireland, is here for all parents, offering advice, support or guidance wherever you are on the parenting journey.


Parents and carers can call the FREE confidential Parentline NI helpline, on 0808 8020 400, for advice, support or guidance on any parenting issues.


Parentline NI is open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
